refactor: Remove check location buttons from local destination and source forms

Browse Source 
- Eliminated the "Check Location" button from both LocalDestinationForm and LocalSourceForm templates to streamline the user interface.
- This change simplifies the forms by removing unnecessary elements, enhancing overall usability.
