S3 Vectors: weed-vector drops the ignored --namespace and --filer-signing-key (#12485)

vector: weed-vector drops the ignored --namespace and --filer-signing-key

Since #12468 the gateway resolves every table it sends, so the engine has
no catalog to name or authenticate to; the two flags were kept only so an
older command line still started, with a warning. The direct-storage
engine is new, and release 4.52's command lines need changing anyway
(--storage-option is refused), so they are removed.
