From c3679fe516dbfcf31aadeba33c11fe73d7079375 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Chris Lu Date: Fri, 23 Oct 2026 03:55:22 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] ci: serialize container_latest manual runs by destination tag Two workflow_dispatch runs sharing an image_tag could otherwise build concurrently: their per-arch images publish to the same platform tags, so one run's create-manifest job can combine platforms from different source refs.
