TDD RED Phase: Add identity provider framework tests
- Add core IdentityProvider interface with tests
- Add OIDC provider tests with JWT token validation
- Add LDAP provider tests with authentication flows
- Add ProviderRegistry for managing multiple providers
- Tests currently failing as expected in TDD RED phase
