Chris Lu 6d2b1f5ae5 docs: add S3 ?seaweedfs-quota extension to quota and S3 API wiki pages 
Document the new S3 subresource for bucket quota management:
- Add S3 API extension section to S3-Bucket-Quota.md with API spec,
  auth, authorization, curl example, and comparison with MinIO/Ceph
- Add SeaweedFS Extensions section to Amazon-S3-API.md listing
  ?seaweedfs-quota as a non-standard S3 subresource

Chris Lu c66632f27b Add S3 Lifecycle wiki page 
New page documenting all supported lifecycle features:
- Expiration (Days, Date), NoncurrentVersionExpiration,
  ExpiredObjectDeleteMarker, AbortIncompleteMultipartUpload
- Filter support (Prefix, Tag, And, ObjectSize)
- Two-tier architecture (TTL fast path + worker scan)
- Terraform and AWS CLI examples
- Worker configuration reference
- Versioning integration notes

Update S3 API table from "Partial" to "Yes" for lifecycle endpoints.
Add S3 Lifecycle link to sidebar under AWS S3 API section.

chrislusf 5f06b2ba7b Update docs: Remove allowEmptyFolder references 
The allowEmptyFolder CLI option has been removed from SeaweedFS.
Empty folder cleanup is now handled automatically by the EmptyFolderCleaner
which runs asynchronously in the background.
