chrislusf 5f06b2ba7b Update docs: Remove allowEmptyFolder references 
The allowEmptyFolder CLI option has been removed from SeaweedFS.
Empty folder cleanup is now handled automatically by the EmptyFolderCleaner
which runs asynchronously in the background.
