Pin container build files to LF via .gitattributes

Docker builds from the working tree, so a CRLF checkout of entrypoint.sh (from
core.autocrlf) would break the shebang inside Alpine and inject \r into the AIO
Dockerfile's heredoc-generated supervisord.conf. Force LF on shell scripts and
Dockerfiles.
