Initial commit: PilotVault multi-service project

Add API Server (Go/PocketBase), Web App (Go BFF + Vue), Fly App
(Flutter/DJI MSDK), Adobe Plugin, and Docker/Docker AIO deployment
configs. Design assets and build artifacts are gitignored.
