Junker der Provinz f9dac64374 helm: remove filer.redirectOnRead, which weed filer does not accept (#12040) ...

weed filer lost -redirectOnRead in 9b3109a5d (1.59), which also removed
the chart value, but 2bed15f1d added it back. Setting it makes the filer
exit with "flag provided but not defined".
